Excused Absence:
1. Illness of you or of a family member, if you are needed in the

5. An appointment with another social service agency or program.
6. A death in the family.
7. A school, place of work or worksite is closed.
8. A lack of child care.
YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF APPOINTMENTS. BRING A COPY TO OUR OFFICE.
Unexcused Absence:
1. Anything not on the above list. No exceptions.
